Job Description: Project Manager-Telehealth Contact Center Details of Project Manager-Telehealth Contact Center: The project manager will help develop and manage a project plan to stand up a contact call center that will provide telephonic healthcare navigation to patients. The contact center will be communicating directly with patients and patient caregivers. Responsibilities of Project Manager-Telehealth Contact Center: Duties include developing the plan from conception to implementation to build out the requirements for the contact center Other responsibilities include maintaining the project plan, managing day to day work, tracking progress, maintaining project accounting and financials, resolving issues, and delivering status reports.
