Preferred Skills
Associates degree or Bachelors degree with a major in the field of computer science, information science, or management information systems
2+ years in help desk and/or user support roles.
Working knowledge of transactional on-line applications, and Microsoft office tools

Academic and Experience Requirements:

Candidates must have a an Associates Degree or BA/BS degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems, computer science or related fields; and
Two years Help Desk experience
One year experience may be substituted for one year academics
