The Client will be developing a Message Processing Gateway application to securely receive and disseminate electronic health records via the PA eHealth Authority from regional Health Information Organizations (HIOs) located throughout PA. These records are submitted by various reporters (e.g., providers, hospitals, laboratories, etc.) to the client as per mandated state reporting. This position requires a technical team leader well-grounded in multiple technology disciplines and a proven self-starter capable of leading a technical team and work in creating design documents Required Skills: * IT experience including all facets of application development in a variety of environments * Experience architecting/developing Microsoft ASP.Net + VB.Net applications and WCF * Experience with SQL Server and SSRS 2005/2008 database experience * Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline * Experience with SQL Server and SSRS 2012 database experience * Experience with architecting/implementing Trust Frameworks * Ability to work collaboratively and a demonstrated team player with a results-oriented track record * Highly self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent, and competing or conflicting challenges * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Proficient in developing technical documentation Desired Skills: * Experience with SAML/WS-Security * Versed in healthcare industry standards such as HL7 * Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architectures and technologyengines * Working knowledge of business rules engines * Requires ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
