Include a resume and other supporting documentation detailing the experience and education within the past five (5) years in program and project management and IT process architecture management for any proposed Key Person. Provide three (3) verifiable professional references for projects similar to the IBOTT within the past five (5) years from Agencies other than OSP. Indicate if the projects or programs were on-time and on-budget at completion. Key Person with the following experience is preferred: • Previous experience working with Public Safety Agencies • Previous experience working with Law Enforcement Agencies • Previous experience working with State Agencies • Previous experience developing business processes relating to Law Enforcement Records Management System and Computer Assisted Dispatch System. • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. • Bachelors Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or equivalent experience is preferred. • Minimum 6 years of project management or IT Management. • Minimum 3 years experience leading multiple projects coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes. • Scheduling and budgeting experience. • Experience with multiple projects with similar size, scope, and complexity as the IBOTT Program.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
