NOTE: This position requires a fingerprint background check. Any Felony or certain Misdemeanor Convictions will automatically terminate the PSO and the contractor will not be allowed to work at ITD.

Working in Enterprise Technology Services Providing technical support for the Idaho Transportation Department County computer refesh deployments. Customer interactions include phone, e-mail responses, and face to face technical support. You will be augmenting existing ETS Staff providing support of ITD County computer refresh deployments.

Agency Expected Deliverables
Extensive customer support experience required as well as remote support experience. Candidate will need to follow our standard operating procedures and participate in the creation or modification of all Tier 1 & Tier 2 procedures. Detailed tracking and narration of the work and time dedicated to work is required via the LANDesk work distribution and tracking system

Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.)
Tier 1 and 2 problem resolution skills for computer deployments. Experience must include active directory, remote computer support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Must have excellent customer service skills and documentation skills. Experience with Windows 10 Enterprise is a plus.
