The IT Service Management team focuses on the organizational ability to deliver SLAs, drive process effectiveness and provide analysis of data which can improve team efficiencies to meet the needs of the business. The ITSM Analyst is responsible for driving the operational effectiveness of IT Service Management processes across IT. Processes in scope include Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Configuration and Release. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to perform job functions in an independent manner. Job Responsibilities: Fulfill operational activities for ITSM processes including, but not limited to: Daily IT Service Meeting preparation CAB preparation and CAB reporting Root cause analysis for problems Monitoring processes and following up with teams to correct gaps End-to-end reporting and follow-up with teams Self-audits of Change Management process Provide documentation to internal and external audit Coaching users on use of process and Cherwell. Manage and maintain documentation on ITSM processes Communicate with stakeholders regarding process standards, expectations, and performance Engage with IT teams to drive process effectiveness Provide metrics on performance and service. Use metrics to identify opportunities for improvement within teams or across the organization. Monitor, evaluate, manage, and execute audit processes to ensure compliance Other responsibilities as identified to contribute to department and organizational goals Experience: 3-5 years work experience Experience with ITIL processes such as Incident, Request, Problem or Change Management Experience with IT Service Management applications – want: Cherwell Experience analyzing information and KPIs Working knowledge of wholesale businesses and IT applications WANT: Experience with Cherwell Service Management Skills/Abilities: Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills Strong oral communication skills Strong written communication skills Ability to facilitate meetings Effective management of conflict Ability to maintain a professional demeanor Proven analysis, analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask effectively Keen attention to detail Holistic understanding of infrastructure systems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
