Job Title: Program Manager

Project Transformation Lead (Program Manager) within the Enterprise Transformation Organization.

Job Purpose
The Fiserv Enterprise Technology Group, (ETG) Organization is responsible for delivering business critical Information Technology core foundational capabilities. These capabilities will include major categories like Process Framework, Technical Debt, Technical Capabilities & Tooling, Data Center Consolidation, etc.
The Process Framework will focus on ITIL processes including: Configuration Management, Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
The Technical Debt will focus on Risk to the current environment from a High Availability, Disaster Recovery, technical refreshes, maintenance renewals, shift coverage, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, etc.
The Technical Capabilities will focus on foundational elements including network unification, monitoring solutions, patch management, and service management tooling.
The Data Center Consolidation will include consolidating production and lower environments into the core future locations. There will be multiple locations that we need to be managed through a multiple year consolidation plan with technology upgrades.
The Transformation Lead promotes a quality culture in which enables the successful achievement of business objectives. The Transformation Lead works in partnership with all impacted functional areas to ensure successful identification, creations, deployment, operational performance, and continued improvement of the of core IT foundation capabilities. The Transformation Lead has responsibility for the implementation of all functions at the local site, ensuring that the pre-defined methodology is executed and that the local resources are aware, engaged and able to perform the Fiserv standard processes and operating model at the conclusion of the projects.


Job Responsibilities
Enable the Organization: Understand the current state, the people and teams involved; the key metrics and technical configurations needed and the impact on the Business Units. Be able translate, map and identify any known gaps resulting from making the transition from current to future state. Identify the tasks required for the transformation and successfully lead the team in completing them.
Establish and Maintain Vision: Define overall vision and roadmap for deployment at each go-forward location at both the strategic and tactical levels
Equip the Organization: Ensure ongoing roles and responsibilities of associates are equipped with necessary training and tools to perform the process. Manage a matrixed team toward the vision and a common set of goals.
Ensure Cross-Organizational Alignment: Promote cross-functional participation and alignment. Facilitate collaboration across organizational functions and processes to ensure delivery of maximum value.
Ensure Effective Communication: Assist in developing & executing a communication strategy for the full life-cycle of the transformation
Effect Culture Change: Identify & execute a culture change management plan to ensure buy-in, and cope with life-cycle change.
Coach Process Participants: Coach Sub-Transformation Leads, and stakeholders on their roles and expectations as a part of the transformation.
Be Accountable: Serve as the final point of responsibility and authority for business execution of the transformation plan. Hold sub Transformation Leads and process participants accountable. Manage and deliver on ETG leadership expectations.
