Job Description: HPE - ServiceNow Lead Architect

Role and Accountabilities:

Responsible for leading ServiceNow end to end implementation, provide leadership, develop effective solutions, develop process content and provide project governance to ServiceNow development and integration initiatives and projects.

The ServiceNow Lead Architect will define the solution foundation and iterative building blocks, develop, automate and integrate ITIL processes and best practices, translate requirements into functional design documents, necessary to achieve desired outcomes. The incumbent will have substantial ServiceNow knowledge and practical experience across all modules of the ServiceNow product line.

The primary ServiceNow modules include but are not limited to: leveraging Discovery & Service Mapping, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Release, Procurement, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability, Orchestration, Performance Analytics, and other modules that may be required during the engagement.

Familiarity with APIs and the ability to integrate the ServiceNow platform with other critical applications across the organization. Knowledge and experience with data import using import sets.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Providing Solution Architecture leadership, expertise and delivery for ServiceNow roadmap, design, development and implementation
Co-team with the Technical Operations Lead Architect to produce a technical specification for development and systems integration requirements
Facilitate process flow analysis and process design along with the Project Manager and Technical Operations Lead Architect, Technology Operations Consultants and Client Process Owners
Share ITIL/ITSM best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
Design solution options, business cases, prototypes and walk-throughs to all required levels of stakeholders
Produce a detailed functional design document that defines business requirements with desired outcomes in mind
Document and gain acceptance / approvals of selected final solutions
Execute architectural solutions in capacity as a ServiceNow leader, subject matter expert, compliance monitor, and go-to architectural authority on projects
Coach and direct other ServiceNow Developers/Integrators

Qualifications
Skills and Experience Requirements:

Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow enterprise platform and all its functional modules
Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow Architecture, design and development experience
Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements
At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead architect
Enterprise/large Service Management design, development and implementation experience
Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages
Demonstrated understanding and application of ITIL/ITSM best practices
ITIL v3 certification
ServiceNow certifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to write clearly and communicate information and ideas. Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to interact professionally with diverse groups and levels
Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
Manage clients needs, expectations, day-to-day interactions c
