ITIL CISSP PCI SOX HIPPA Information Security UNIX Linux Platforms SIEM Architect   Requirement id 17240 Job title Architect Job location in Boston, MA Skills required ITIL, Six Sigma, CISSP, PCI SOX HIPPA Information Security UNIX Open Date 04-Feb-2014 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Architect: ITIL, Six Sigma, CISSP, PCI SOX HIPPA Information Security UNIX Manage clients raw data, process and write corresponding report of findings as applicable for validation of SIEM event data and platform capabilities Work with Service Delivery and Architecture to define the existing security architecture capabilities and work to resolve defined gaps in capabilities as required Provide ArcSight log source data validation, providing useful and structured log source data for storage/analysis/forensics in a highly scalable and robust network topography Perform security assessments, risk analysis, and vulnerability testing and reviews of application of current Managed Security Services Program tiered infrastructure to perform optimally Help clients mitigate security related risks by providing alternative recommendation and guidance Guide clients in defining and implementing overall security strategy, policies, and procedures Act as a liaison to assigned clients, liaising between the Client, Security Operations Teams (SOC, Tier3, TAC, etc.), Engineering, Implementations, Development, Sales and other relevant organizations and affiliates Monitor the service delivery, takes actions and steps to verify and validate that the services are being delivered as contracted. Develop and maintain the relationship with the client and ensure satisfaction with service delivery, resulting in business expansion and renewal of service agreements Track client progress and update a CRM application properly Collaborate on solutions to mitigate risks and enhance system security Work with minimal supervision as an individual contributor and as part of the team Continue to learn more about the Information Security industry and be flexible as the program evolves Training/certifications in Quality Management (ITIL, Six Sigma, TQM, etc) preferred Training/certifications in Network Security (CISSP, PMP, Security+, SANS, ISACA, Vendor Certificates preferred Experience with PCI, SOX, GLBA, HIPPA and other audit standards Industry Certifications (CISM, CISA, CCNA, MCSE, HISP, GSEC) preferred Fortune 500 and/or Big 4 Consulting experience preferred ISO-27001 and ISO-27002 experience preferred Bachelors Degree preferred 4-7 years in the Information Security field as a Senior Analyst ArcSight experience highly desired Understanding of Log Format and Source Data for SIEM Analysis Implementation of SIEM Service and Design of SIEM Source Data Client facing experience with senior managers and CxO level executives Macro and micro security analysis skill Understanding of networking fundamentals Solid background with Windows and UNIX platforms (security or system administration) Strong problem solving capabilities Experience with risk modeling Strong skills with MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables, macros, enhanced formulas, etc. Strong analytical skills, technical writing skills, and must be detail oriented Skills with Network Security Tools (e.g. scanning, war dialing, wireless, etc) Ability to excel in a team, as an individual, in a fast-paced deadline driven organization   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
