Assists with first and second level support of a continuously operational production environment. 2-4 years experience. This role will support our enterprise ITSM service and systems (Remedy 9.1, Kinetic Data, SRS). Support duties will include incident response and work order/request fulfillment. This person will be 1 of 4 people who are the primary ITSM service group but part of a larger team of 9. Will not be interacting with executives, they will interact with internal customers who put in a request for something. Director may be the highest level of communication. Run 2-week sprints, Jira board that they have a work intake that comes in for feature enhancements (not work orders). There are a couple of analysts who will get he requirements and then give the team the specs to do the work This is where the JavaScripting will come in. This is support of the application, handling incidents that come into the team, issues regarding user accounts, interface between remedy and the other interface isnt working – troubleshooting. Work orders to create or remove things in Remedy, with the re-org there will be a lot of activities around modifying teams. There could be things around the servers that run the systems are in the data center, they could be patching and troubleshooting the applications.
