Assist the development team during the security application rewrite Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net Core, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML, Web APIs and WCF. Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert, and migrate data when necessary. Diagnose and troubleshoot various issues on RSA Authentication Manager, RSA Federated Identify Manager, RSA Servers. Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations. Use a source code repository TFS for checking in and checking out source code branching off new versions of the source code. Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups. Code and secure applications that include Protected Health Information. Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis. Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor. Mandatory Qualifications: Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 85 months experience in software development utilizing VB.NET, ASP.NET, C# 108 months experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization. 85 Months experience utilizing RSA Authentication Manager, Federated Identity Manager and Access Manager interfaces and APIs. 72 Months experience performing system administration specific to the management of multi-factor authentication systems using password token solutions for user authentication. 72 Months experience administering RSA Cleartrust /Access Manager. 36 months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI). 85 Months experience working with enterprise-wide security solutions in an environment exceeding 15,000 users. 72 Months experience in software development which directly supports federally regulated patient medical records and healthcare provider records systems in a government setting.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
