A BA is a critical link between the Business partners in providing the business requirements specific to current state speech IVR application and the rest of the project team trying to construct the solution. The role will require expertise in Natural language processing and speech recognition IVR applications in order to solution state of art next generation Natural Language Speech enabled IVR solution. The Business BA will be required to engage proactively with Business Sponsors, Business partners, Project stakeholders and NLP Vendor throughout the project life cycle, starting from Project charter creation, requirements gathering ,Solution Design & Delivery ,deployment of new NLP solution until post production deployment and post production tuning of the NLP solution. The Business BA will also be responsible to drive end to end NLP customer experience assessments along with State farm Customer experience insights (CEI) team to deliver a remarkable customer experience for customers. Primary Responsibilities: Gathering Business Requirements Conduct analysis of current state business processes of Speech Enabled application . Gather NLP high level , low level and Technical requirements. Provide business architects the final NLP Business requirements(Functional, Non Functional and Technical) Participate in NLP process maps discussions with Business architects and capture future state Business process maps Coordination with Business partners, Project stakeholders and NLP Vendor for tagging decisions , review of NLP design ,provide design consideration to NLP Vendor through Customer Experience Insights team. Review and validate NLP Project deliverables and Artifacts. NLP Testing –Working in conjunction with the Business users and development teams, responsible validation of NLP application test scenarios, cases and test plans that meet Business requirements. Required Skills: Expertise in Natural Language Processing IVR systems Expertise and exposure to design and implementation process of Natural Language Speech Recognition solutions Expertise in capturing and Tagging customer utterances to various Business areas Provide recommendations for Tuning NLP applications and improving the speech recognition rate and customer experience Experienced Business Analyst with Business and Systems (good to have) exposure Understanding of in contact center processes and solutions.
