Description :

+ Vendors have until Thursday, February 8th by 10:00PM (utah time) to email questions to utmsp@knowledgeservices.com. After that deadline, no more questions will be accepted.
+ Once the Agency responds to Questions, the Agency Answer will be uploaded in attachments, the posting status will change to, "Answer" and the vendors typically have 4 business days to submit their bids.
+ Once the question period is completed, more posting updates and instructions will be added. For now, all that is being requested is any questions the vendor may need answered to accurately bid on this project.

Scope of Work being requested:
The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (DABC) is looking for support and maintenance of their current ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU9 (Dynamics AX 2012). This contract will also include the migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Support of the Dynamics AX 2012 Point of Sale system (Retail module) will also fall under this contract.

DABC has their own support team and dedicated DBA that takes care of ERP and POS hardware issues, support calls and first line of support. This contract would only be for issues that are above DABCs support abilities.

DABC has one centralized warehouse, 43 retail stores and 2 club stores, with a potential for 2-3 more retail stores coming online per year.

DABC has an online ordering system which allows clubs, restaurants and package agencies to place liquor orders at the stores and the main warehouse.

Vendor Bids Scoring Criteria:
= 30% Number of Successful implementations or upgrades fro Dynamics onprem to D365
= 25% Support and maintenance structure
= 15% Years of X++ development experience
= 10% Number of years of experience interfacing with advanced warehousing government accounting, and custom development systems
= 30% Cost
