Should be comfortable working on CI Studio and be able to trouble shoot at run-time. * Qualifications * Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 10 years of experience * Good understanding of the IBM Infosphere platform * Working knowledge of high volume transaction systems * 5-8 years of DataStage experience as an ETL tool in both Data Warehouse and Operational system integrations * Experience in tuning DataStage stages for performance improvements * Knowledge on key stages like Transformer, Filter, Funnel, Remove Duplicate, Change Capture, Lookup, Join, Merge, Pivot etc. * 3-5 years of experience in leading a team to support high volume data movements using DataStage or similar tools * Very good understanding of Oracle databases both as a source and target platform * Highly experienced in writing SQL on Oracle databases * 3-5 yrs of CI Experience Preferred skills: * Experience in using DataStage to load and extract data to and from Salesforce using the Salesforce adapter * Working knowledge and understanding on Salesforce platform * Experience in other toolsets to support real-time integration like IBM CastIron etc Desired Characteristics: * Proven analytical and problem resolution skills * Quality and cost driven * Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans * Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
