Description :

With the implementation of the new UBOS solution, the PTC is implementing the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) based on SAP S/4HANA. The PTC is engaging a System Integrator (SI) to perform the implementation; however, the PTC has limited experience in the BRIM functionality and technical details. This position is to understand the PTCs needs and desires and work with the SI to implement a fully functional and reliable BRIM Application as part of UBOS. This position is responsible for the Functional and business process portion of the BRIM implementation and its posting to SAP S/4 HANA Finance module and validating all the functional aspects of the integrations with BRIM for UBOS. This position will end approximately at the end of the UBOS implementation project

Description of Duties
The selected Candidate will perform the following duties:
• Study and understand the PTCs current Billing and Revenue structure and functionality which is largely done in a proprietary system.
• Study and understand the PTCs desired Billing and Revenue functionality for UBOS.
• Using knowledge gained to coordinate changes and designs to the UBOS and the PTCs other technologies to assure the PTCs needs are met and including following the standards and policies.
• Act as PTCs BRIM subject matter expert and represent the PTC in meetings and workshops and works with the UBOS SI team to ensure PTCs needs are met.
• Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed.
• Develops and maintains plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the PTC.
• Leads, and participates in project team meetings and activities for Billing and Revenue work efforts related to enterprise systems
• Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
• Reviews SIs documentation on behalf of PTC and advises to the PTC UBOS IT Program Manager on acceptance of the documentation.
• Performs hands on testing as part of PTCs acceptance of the SIs solution and provide their opinion to PTCs UBOS IT Program Manager on when a deliverable meets PTCs needs and desires and if doesnt, provide documentation needed for PTC to rectify any issues with the SI.
• Assists with conducting lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
• Follows the tasks and other duties assigned by the UBOS IT Program Manager

Desired Skillset
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementations of various sizes. Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office is highly desired. Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Additional beneficial skills include:
• ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules
• Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
• ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
• Provide daily and hourly direction and support to the IT UBOS Team as assigned
• Work with the business departments staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed
