A hands-on approach is expected and to not rely on the Project Manager (PM) to always guide the next actions. The IL should be a source of expertise available to guide the PM on actions. Will need to quickly understand and assimilate information and be able to assist and lead NSSR process and tool mapping from current mode of operation (CMO) to future mode of operations (FMO). Single point of contact (SPOC) for partnering organization on the NSSR RSC process. Responsibilities: Coordinate with account and varies delivery organization to deploy and transform client NSSR processing to the NSSR RSC model Review and validate Survey completed by the account The IL will document all questions/concerns from the survey review in a separate worksheet within the survey and take charge of obtaining answers or information to determine Account RSC Scope The IL will be in coordination with the PM will prepare the Integrated Transition & Transformation Plan (IT2P) for the account based on the survey results and meetings with the account and will obtain appropriate approvals for that document and what is in or out of scope for the RSC NSSR deployment The IL will schedule weekly meetings and/or attend w/account team and meet internally with Data Analyst/Process Analyst (DA/PA) and Core Team Subject Matter Experts (SME)s as needed. Will ensure the appropriate NSSR RSC Collateral Templates are used for the account migration The IL will need to able to work with the implementation team to implement the NSSR RSC tool and the process. The IL will act as the team authority on our tool technology and interact with other team members as the point of contact with subject matter expertise. Manage team workload and skill sets. The IL should manage the DA/PA workload Own responsibility to deliver on project tasks Report on project task status Ensures Client, ABO SRM Account Lead, and Account Leadership all understand the NSSR capability and standards Raises issues to project and program leadership Schedules recurring meetings with all parties involved to gather data and get input to the NSSR operational and business rules Ensures all parties have signed-off on the move to testing Leads all parties through the testing phase Ensures all parties have signed off on testing and agree the capability is ready for production Trains users in toolset, reporting, and processes Coordinates Release to Production Assists Steady-State operations until all agreed upon turnover criteria are met In coordination with PM documents lessons learned Ensure no deviation from standard processes Skills, knowledge and experience: Non-Standard Service Request Service Request Management Highly analytical Strong Self starter Procurement Aries/Aldea Flexible to support global work environment Ability to address complex issues and generate creative solutions Data analysis and data mapping Process engineering Location Category HP Site Overwrite payment terms N/A CATW No   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
