Provide technical support to maintain Oracle financials inbound process to receive transaction files from SFS every day and process them and load budget values, load shorthand aliases and create and post budget entries into Oracle Financials management system. Provide lead budget support to end users for production issues, solutions design and implementation, including training. Provide support to internal review process workflows in purchasing module to get internal review online approvals. Provide support/build various custom reports and forms in Oracle including Grant Award Form, Chart of Accounts Crosswalk form, custom Budget and Lapsing reports, custom Minority and Women Owned Business reports and forms. Support Oracle application manager, creating responsibilities, menus and folder administration. Provide support for Kofax Mark View Imaging System integrated with PO and AP modules of Oracle Financials. Provide support for the statewide initiative to migrate DCJS, and Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES) to the Statewide Financial System, including training end users. Conversion of FMS contracts to Grants Gateway system and process. Oracle R12.2 Upgrade design development and testing. Participation in SFS "Community Counsel" groups and subsequent training of end users in system modifications. Mandatory Qualifications: Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. Preferred Qualifications: 84 months experience in developing applications software using Oracle Forms, Reports and Database. 72 months experience in Application Development in Oracle Applications Suite version 11.x. and modules such as PO, AP, GL. 36 months experience in Application Development in Oracle Financials Application Suite versions 11.5.10.x or later. 72 months experience modifying custom libraries, PL/SQL, Oracle Application reports and forms. 24 months experience with NYS customs to Oracle Financials Application Suite - including inbound and outbound interfaces. 24 months experience with NYS current custom Oracle Financials processes pertaining to creating and maintaining budgets, shorthand aliases and accounting fields. 24 months experience with New York State Statewide Financial System Peoplesoft, including: Budget solutions, design and implementation, including but not limited to how it impacts agency interfaces. 24 months experience with creating and utilizing Global temporary tables, REF cursors, APIs, request sets and descriptive flex fields. 24 months experience in testing scenarios, writing user test scripts, writing comprehensive job aids, and providing user training. 24 months experience in a leadership role in a project from design, testing, implementation and evaluation, working with teams of customers and other technical support staff.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
