The project will go live as a phase one project in two DABS stores. This pilot project will start with two retail liquor stores and could grow to the other 48+ DABS stores based on the projects success, customer demand, and future funding. Customers will be able to access the DABS online storefront via the DABS website, view available products in the brick-and-mortar store of their choosing, make product selections, pay online, then go to the pre-selected store to pick up the ordered product(s) after showing an acceptable form of ID. This scope of work is to identify a qualified consultant/implementor to work with the Department of Alcoholic Services business staff and the GovOps Division of Technology Services technical staff in implementing a polished and highly-performing and reliable online purchasing experience using Dynamics 365 Commerce, a component of Duyanamics 365. Background The Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services (DABS) operates a statewide network of state stores and package agencies that sell all alcoholic beverages, except beer containing less than 4% alcohol by volume (which is sold in grocery and convenience stores). The total number of stores is tied to the state population by state statute, with one store permitted for every 48,000 citizens. Currently, there are 50 DABS stores in the state and that number will increase in relation to population increases and legislative funding to meet the demand. DABS has just completed a migration from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and seeks to provide an online shopping experience using this system as well as a solution to allow employees of each store to receive orders, pick orders using an android based scanner, print a label for the picked items to include customers name, location of where the product will be stored, and the ability to show the item as “retrieved” when it is picked up. "Must provide two references where the implementation team who will do the work was used to implement Dynamics 365 Commerce. References must be for an environment with a minimum of 10 brick-and-mortar stores in the deployment.
