The detailed scope of services includes: Needs Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify current challenges, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within States operations. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to align with States mission and goals to achieve sustainable improvements in service quality and efficiency. Process Improvement: Implement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the formulation and implementation of nursing/clinical policies and procedures to address Joint Commission requirements, ensuring compliance. Training and Capacity Building: Provide training programs tailored to nursing/clinical staff needs, aimed at enhancing skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish monitoring mechanisms to track progress, evaluate outcomes, and, as necessary, make data-driven adjustments to strategies. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. Key Milestone Dates: Required Delivery Date: Services shall commence immediately upon contract start date. Completion Date: The completion of each phase of the consulting services shall be mutually agreed upon between the Intended Source and State and specified in project plans developed during the needs assessment phase. Delivery Location: All consulting services shall be delivered onsite at States campus.
