General • Document all discussions and decisions and store in Project repository • Documentation of the decisions, process and solution will become property of Clemson University Initial Considerations and Recommendation • Review with the Clemson team the current data usage in InfoEd. • Identify opportunities for best practices • Discuss and agree to archival business rules and approach with functional staff • Discuss and agree on storage considerations for large attachments with DBAs • Discuss and agree on physical mapping solution (ETL, scripts, etc) with data team. • Understand the target data and develop mapping targets with team • Provide Recommended approach outlining decisions above and detailed approach for the solution and present to Kuali Implementation and data team. Implementation phase • Implement Approved plan • Issues that develop while mapping will be discussed with the data team and agreement on resolution or changes to the approved plan • Any changes will be reflected in the documentation and final documents will be stored in the respository   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
