ServiceNow Admin

Minimum years of experience: 2-4 minimum, open to more.

Certification Preferred:

ServiceNow Admin and Developer
ITIL v3 Foundation

The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for supporting ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation and support. This position will focus on gathering and documenting user, process and functional requirements and developing technical requirements. In addition, the position will be responsible for scripting custom workflows, onboarding and off boarding new employees, deploying ServiceNow configurations, testing configurations, overall governance and managing the CMDB.



Required Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrates a thorough level of knowledge, and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

Information Technology Operations;
ServiceNow integration/migration;
Knowledge Management;
JavaScript and/or Java development; preference
Pendo;
Pagerduty- already set up. need to connect to SN
Stackdriver; and
Jira- use to track progress of requirements



Preferred Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrates a thorough level of knowledge, and/or a proven record of success in roles performing ServiceNow configuration, implementation and support, which includes but is not limited to the following aspects of ServiceNow administration:

Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities in parallel
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues
Create and configure application UI, business rules and workflows
Document business requirements for utilizing ServiceNow for business processes
Clear communication when writing, speaking and/or presenting to team, business and technology personnel
Research and analyze information in order to extract and synthesize relevant data for stakeholders
Ability to operate at a goal level
