The position will require a continuous focus on process and self-improvement. Essential Functions / Accountabilities: Build, setup and support the Manhattan WM and TLM system needs of the program. Leverage Automation capabilities to build and support these systems. Collaborate with: Supply Chain Execution (SCE) functional teams on understanding their Manhattan WM and TLM system requirements for each environment (DEV, QA, Stage and Production) Cloud team on design and build of infrastructure needs of the Manhattan WM and TLM systems Database team on design and build of database needs of the Manhattan WM and TLM systems Middleware team to integrate the WM and TLM systems with other applications Identity Management and Security teams on integration of WM systems with OKTA and provisioning of roles and access to WM systems Business Analytics & Intelligence (BI&A) and ETL teams on setup of data replication from Manhattan WM systems and SAP Sidecar HANA systems; and from Manhattan WM systems to Google Cloud Storage (GCS) Cloud and Monitoring teams on setup of infrastructure and application monitoring Support the team in setup of Paperless Device Pick (PDP) and Labels Support the functional teams during Rinse & Repeat, End to End, Performance, Regression and Integration testing. This includes execution (using Automation) of Data refresh/restore needs. Support the team in High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) and Operational Readiness (OR) testing. Support the team(s) in responding to issues, diagnosing and resolving them with a sense of urgency. Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each issue. Collaborate with the Technical Business Analyst(s) on recording, updating and closing out issues, and in providing weekly reports (including RCA). Support the team in creating Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for Build to Run transition. Executed knowledge transfer as part of Build to Run. Support the effort to setup and continuing to enhance CI/CD for Manhattan WM and TLM systems Maintain a proficient knowledge of Automation, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Position Requirements: Experience with Linux (RedHat) and Oracle Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience Good understanding of Warehouse Operations and Peripheral devices (like Zebra printers and wearables) Strong problem-solving skills Strong communication skill and organization skills along with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and written Preferred / Helpful: 8+ years experience in related field preferred Experience with Manhattan WM and TLM applications or experience with Warehouse Management systems and supply chain would be ideal Working knowledge of three or more technologies preferred Proven leadership ability preferred Experience with AWS, Concourse and JIRA would be a plus Exposure to leading a team with onshore and offshore model would be helpful   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
