Description :



Communicates with customers by phone or in person in a professional and courteous manner. Greets and directs calls and visitors to appropriate parties. Investigates and resolves general customer inquiries, requests, complaints. Accurately keeps account of all customer interactions, including complaints, service rendered or service failures, and routes information to appropriate divisions for investigation or follow up. Opens, stamps, sorts, and prepares mail for delivery. Creates and maintains departmental correspondence, and other supporting documentation. Inventories and requisitions office supplies. Creates and edits various correspondence, documents, and reports, including letters, memos, minutes, and agendas. Creates, updates, and maintains a variety of filing systems, including correspondence, personnel and purchasing files, and work orders. Maintains and promotes positive customer relations and goodwill.
