This person will need strong production support and development of J2EE applications. This Java Production Team support all of SEIs proprietary applications. Description Strong experience in production support of J2EE applications Must have development background and hands-on experience in J2EE Excellent understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers, caching, application servers, & load balancers. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to J2EE technologies such as JDBC, EJB, JMS, JTA, and JNDI Experience with WebLogic code deployment, tuning and configuration Strong understanding on IBM MQ Series architecture and administration, Installation, configuration and maintenance Technical background in Oracle, Informatica and Liferay is a big plus Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins/Puppet/Ansible is preferred Hands on experience in shell scripting & Linux commands Ability to understand critical issues and provide technical solution in timely manner Excellent collaboration, communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Experience in development and documentation of Operational procedures (including scripts) for day to day support Prior experience working in a fast paced SLA driven environment Proficiency in ITIL methodology Strong verbal and written communication skills Should participate in On-call support Notes : This candidate will need to come over to SEIs payroll in 6 months.
