The person will be responsible for performance, testing, execution and tuning of Fusion Middleware products, including WebLogic and SOA. Familiarity with XML Security Gateways (e.g. IBM DataPower) and Apache is also necessary. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Creation of scripts to manage and monitor all Oracle Fusion Middleware components Design, build and support Middleware products on multi-node clustered / HA environments Troubleshooting deployment issues in a clustered environment. Working with Developers and cross functional IT teams to validate and drive architecture around middleware platform. Hands-on experience with Administration and Configuration of multiple clustered WebLogic domains. Experience in JVM tuning. Experience in managing and troubleshooting Oracle JMS queues. Proven track record documenting processes and systems architecture. Good written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills: Experience in Configuring, Monitoring and Tuning WebLogic domains in HA / clustered environments Proficient in UNIX and Shell scripting Very good understanding of the Java development environment. Proven mastery of troubleshooting techniques and ability to solve problems quickly in a high pressure environment. Must have excellent decision making skills, especially when imperfect information is available. Must foster an environment of learning, progression and accountability.
