JOB TITLE: WebMethods Application Development Consultant

Setting up the integration environment (install, config, administer)
Proficient in designing and developing interfaces using various integration technologies
Producing a definition of technical requirements.
Retaining working knowledge of the technology environment in use at clients.
Understanding of multiple technologies, integration methodologies and best practice implementations and bringing those technologies to bear on various projects.
Building and maintaining relationships across client organizations on architectural directions.
Educating technology and business groups on the architectural aspects and implications of technical and functional decisions.
Adhering to quality coding standards.
Testing code and migrating to production based on governance standards.
Assist with setup, maintenance and governance of various deployment environments.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree required -- Computer Science, MIS, Math or Engineering degree commensurate with experience.
Experience using Webmethods Integration Server and other Software AG products
Experience in Manhattan Integration Framework and Manhattan SCOPE products
Experience in other integration technologies: IBM MQ, IBM Message Broker/Integration Bus, DataPower
Experience in open source integration technologies: OpenESB, Mule Soft, Fuse ESB,WSO2
Experience in open source messaging technologies: Active MQ, Rabbit MQ, HornetQ
Experience with various JCA adapters: SAP, JDBC, JMS
Experience in coding Java, C++, PL/SQL and other popular programming languages
Minimum five years experience in the fields of application programming, systems development and IT infrastructures.
Minimum 3 years development experience with webMethods Flow/Java language.
Experience must reflect multiple disciplines such as web development, system integration, administration, communication protocols or network engineering, among others.
Technical skills Mandatory: Java, WebMethods, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, SQL
Excellent communication skills with lines of business as well as other technical and non-technical staff are a must.
Documentation skills also critical.
