Job Description Developer: JavaScript, JSP, J2EE, Java EJBS XML SQL PLSQL Oracle 10g Oracl

Description :

Short Description :
The Programmer will be responsible for maintaining all web service interfaces - Several that are federally or state legistatively mandated. These include interfaces with Informe as well as federal programs which are required by law.

Complete Description:
This Programmer will be working to complete changes to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Java application Architecture over the next 2 years, including but not limited to software and maintenance, and infrastruture updates. They will also assist in an upgrade to Oracle 11G.

Roles :
* All roles specified in PR4 plus the following
* Proven track record of hands-on technical design and code work within large complex systems.
* Proven hands-on technical work with a variety of technologies.
* Demonstrated technical expertise integrating a variety of diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
* Proven experience mentoring and performing supervisory functions for technical teams.
* Ability to make best practice recommendations based on past work.
* Proven ability to present complex technical constructs to business and non-technical users.
* Proven ability to collaborate with business users, project managers and technical architects

Required Skills :
* Subversion (prefer Apache) revision and control system
* Java Script
* JSP Developer
* Java EJBs
* J2EE
* Java Web Service Development and exchanging data with outside entities
* XML
* Oracle 10g
* Oracle 11g
* PL/SQL
* SQL
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working with Government Systems

Education :
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study preferred.
