Description:

Summary:
Overall function is to implement software and hardware integration solutions for the Next Gen Room Booking project. Work with the Integration Specialist to analyze vendor product APIs, Chevron internal APIs, design integrations, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop fail-safe automated workflows integrating between internal and external data/entities through authenticated external APIs.
Implement hardware and software integrations for the project.
Work with Integration Specialist to analyze vendor product APIs and Chevron APIs.
Understand user stories, process flows, and data flows.
Assist in designing integration solutions that are compliant with Chevron standards.
Work with internal and vendor teams to develop and implement integrations.
Work with QA team and Business Analyst in testing of integrations.
Work with development team to prepare for sprint demo.
Assist in risk and data privacy assessments.

Team Skills:
Works with other members of the project team and other global Chevron teams effectively
Share best practices, ideas, knowledge, and experience freely with the project team.
Be willing to learn from others

Requirements:
Strong understanding of integration theories, principles, techniques, and practices
Experience with various integration patterns
Cloud Environments - Azure and Google
PaaS/SaaS/IaaS Services from Azure and Google
Cloud Services experience like API Management, Service Bus, Logic App, Function App, API App, Event Grid, Resource Groups, Serverless, Databases, Graph API, Pipeline deployment.-(MUST HAVE)
Cloud automation: Ansible, YAML, CloudFormation- (MUST HAVE)
Containers: Docker; Preferred: Container orchestration - Kubernetes, ECS
API Integration –REST API, SOAP, SAML, OAUTH - hands-on experience- (MUST HAVE)
.NET / Java / jQuery / Angular JS - (MUST HAVE)
Microsoft Certifications – Development and Integration tools- (Nice to have)
ServiceNow API Integration
PowerShell, Power Apps
Windows Registry programming
Android OS
Analytic Tools: Power BI, Python

Experience:
Bachelors of Science or technology related
7+ years of Application and Data integration experience
7+ years of .NET / Java experience
7+ years of REST API, SOAP
3+ years of Azure Stack and Cloud experience
3+ years of jQuery / Angular JS experience
Integration of enterprise scale applications
Development of APIs for Azure / Google Cloud
Registering APIs in Azure API Management
Experience in aligning with Enterprise Architecture
Working in Agile / Scrum environment
5+ years of MS SQL Server, Oracle
2+ years of ServiceNow experience
