Candidate must be our W2 Employee. Job Description: Description Client is looking for a candidate to deliver technology solutions with state government clients. You will provide the technical background in development to provide support and troubleshooting assistance to Scrum Team members. To succeed in this role, you will need to communicate well with the technical team as well as with various levels within the client organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead work effort of 6 scrum teams comprised of about 50 team members in day-to-day operational work including communications, status reporting, and resource oversight. Manage and coordinate parallel workstreams across teams. Ensure the delivery of valuable, working software by proactively identifying, managing and communicating impediments to expedite resolution. Identifies and implement recommended process improvements to client stakeholder Coordinate team efforts on production support issues and triaging bugs. Requirements Strong communication and client management experience. Understanding of current coding standards. Understanding of complex branching strategies. Understanding of delivering multiple workstreams, working closely with Release Manager. Experienced in estimation, planning techniques, and story pointing. Technically astute with ability to demonstrate a good understanding of DevOps software development practices. Certified Scrum Master with experience managing large-scale application development projects and complex custom solutions with multiple Scrum teams (or experience working in an agile environment). Deep understanding of Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot and Angular (5 or more years experience). Background in development and providing support and troubleshooting assistance to Scrum Team members.
