Job Description Developer: IBM WebSphere Application Server, Java, JSP, PLSQL Sql Developer Oracle 1011G JAVA SC

DESCRIPTION:
The Offeror must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify
the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Offeror shall
provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and
what will be included in those reports.

Minimum skillsets required by the individual performing the work under the resulting contract should include:
Extensive knowledge of MoDOTs organizational structure
3+ years experience with the following:
JavaScript,JQuery,Apache Struts Framework,Spring Framework,Oracle 10/11g database server,SQL Developer, SQL, and PL\SQL.

All estimated numbers provided herein are for informational purposes only and are not intended to reflect any guaranteed
usage of this PAQ. MoDOT does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of the Offerors services that may be
required under this PAQ. Additional services will be requested on an as needed if needed basis. If the need for additional
services arises, the Offeror and MoDOT will agree in writing on the scope, timing and cost of each deliverable before the
commencement of work.

OBJECTIVES:
Design Battle of the Belt administration interface
Develop and migrate to production seven (7) School Participation forms
Develop and migrate to production four (4) Search forms
Convert historical data to new database
Provide application testing
Provide operational feedback to staff as needed
Provide skills and knowledge transfer to MoDOT employees
Contractor will be required to be onsite, unless prior approval is received from MoDOT
