Flex Mid-Level Should have some working experience working in Flex so that resource can understand the existing code and make modification in existing code if required. And add value in new implementation. SQL/PLSQL Excellent Should have excellent knowledge in SQL and PLSQL. Resource should be capable of understanding and making changes in packages, procedures, functions and SQL queries.
