Understand the design and workflow for each interface. Design mockups provided at:https://ideq.mybalsamiq.com/projects/airquality-staffinterface/ and https://ideq.mybalsamiq.com/projects/airquality-publicinterface/ 1.2.Complete internal application for AQ staff to enter data and messages to support population of public pages; 1.2.1. A Site Administrationinterface for managing authorized staff members and sampling stations; 1.2.2. An interface for editing the Air Quality Forecast (up to 7 days in advance) and other related information for each sampling station by Regional Office (see mockups). 1.2.3. An interface for managing the Outdoor Burning Map statuses and messages by County or Regional Office (see mockups). 1.2.4. An interface for editing ordinace tables for each regional office. 1.2.5. The internal application will use Active Directory to identify users and determine application permissions with the exception of the user-management portion of the internal application, which is used to grant specific users elevated privilegeswithin the application. 1.3. Complete database design; 1.3.1. Database shall be compatible with MS SQL Server 2014. 1.3.2. Contractor shall work with DEQ IT/IS DBA to ensure proposed schema is in accordance with DEQ policy and Best Management Practice (BMP). 1.4. Complete public-facing application showing 3-day AQI forecast pages for each sampling station, the Outdoor Burning Map, linked Ordinance tables for specified regional offices, a Recommended and Required Actions Legend page, and a 10-day AQI trend chart for selected sampling stations. Data for 10-day trend mapping comes from a webservice provided by a third-party. Coordinate design features with AQ and DEQ IT/IS staff; Requirement 2: The contractor shall work closely with DEQ AQ and IT/IS personnel to test and revise the web interface functionality during the development process. i.e., User Acceptance Testing must be completed. Requirement 3: Work closely with DEQ AQ and IT/IS personnel to ensure consistency with DEQ and State of Idaho web interface template and design requirements. Style guidance and template files will be provided to the contractor at project kick-off. Requirement 4: Document the web applications to assist with future maintenance and revisions. Applications must meet listed technical requirements (see below) and function in the DEQ development and production environments prior to project being accepted as complete. Access to DEQ Development environment will be provided at project kickoff. Requirement 5: Provide the source code for the completed project (web application) as a Visual Studio 2015 solution. Note: The source code and the completed web application will be the intellectual property and copyright of the State of Idaho (DEQ). -The successful contractor must demonstrate the ability to fulfill all of the requirements of the PSO by the project deadline noted above.
