Job Description Consultant: .Net, JAVA SCRIPT, IT Experience, MVC

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF.
Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
Use a source code repository TFS for checking in and checking out source code branching off new versions of the source code.
Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups.
Coordinate service requests with various ITS divisions for releases and changes for the application.
Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Creates computer software. May specialize in one area of computer software or may write code for many kinds of software.
84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

84 Months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET MVC framework.
84 Months Experience in developing and maintaining web applications using C# with modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards.
84 Months Experience using PL/SQL to develop Oracle packages, triggers, stored procedures, functions, scripts and cursors.
84 Months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
84 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.
36 Months Experience with developing and maintaining applications using .Net Core.
60 Months Experience in automated unit testing, utilization of Git and Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, for development activities and code repositories
24 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0
36 Months Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that falls under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI)
