The web developer will apply user-centered design strategies to deliver functional and well-designed Web application interfaces. He or she will participate in all stages of the development life cycle from initial concept, gathering requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, development, testing, and UAT. MUST HAVE KEY SKILLS ARE: JQUERY & Working with Different JQuery libraries, CSS 3.0, Basic operations in SharePoint, Proven Track record of success stories. Key responsibilities include: Work with customers to organize information in Microsoft SharePoint sites and develop practical and effective business solutions Utilize Microsoft SharePoint Designer to develop workflows and customized functionality to meet business needs Assist with business process analysis and informal training on Microsoft SharePoint with staff and clients Develop an understanding of internal processes and procedures and assist with making improvements Provide updates and advice on business processes and Microsoft SharePoint-based solutions Assist in the design, planning, communication, and execution of major projects, analysis efforts, process improvement initiatives, and user training Experience with user interfaces, interaction, graphics, and web design Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, Different JQuery Library SharePoint, and cross-browser compatibility issues Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience working on teams and directly interacting with clients Minimum of 2 years of experience with business process analysis and workflow development Minimum of 2 year of experience with Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013 Minimum of 2 year of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML Additional Qualifications Proficient with at least 3 of the following technologies Experience with CSS, SharePoint Master Pages, and UI\UX design Experience with mobile development Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of visual communication Knowledge of evolving Web standards, HTML5, or CSS3 Knowledge of information architecture and usability Possession of excellent cutting-edge imagery, layout, typography, and color skills Demonstrated Work Behaviors Ability to communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and a range of stakeholders Ability to multi-task, adjust to priorities quickly, and work with a highly-collaborative team in a fast-paced environment Ability to easily learn new software and reporting tools Excellent planning and organizational skills Ability to execute quickly with minimal direction Works Competently in all phases of the systems management life cycle Understands teams strategy and objectives Serves as an individual contributor as well as a team member Makes decisions regarding own work; makes recommendations in regard to departments Gives and receives information in fairly well-defined or ambiguous situation Demonstrates excellent customer service skills to both internal and external customers * Deliverable: SharePoint Web User Interfance and User Experience Design and Implementation   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
