CDT.] DESCRIPTION: Background The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Shared Technology Access Request Tracking System (STARTS) system is an enterprise system used to track current and historical access to various MoDOT systems. The system has approximately 500 different approval processes defined. Currently the system is a Lotus Notes application which must be converted and enhanced into ASP.NET MVC 4 (C#) framework. Due to MoDOTs transition from Lotus Notes Domino to Microsoft Exchange, the STARTS application must be rewritten. Internal Information Systems resources will be used for the majority of the work on the STARTS rewrite work effort. The project covered by this PAQ is to design the new template creation and modification wizard which is a single component of the work effort. For critical support, it will be assumed, for evaluation purposes only, 168 hours of PAQ work will be performed during the contract period. The Offeror shall provide the classification titles and associated per hour rates for all classifications they intend to utilize. Issue documentation will include cost estimates based on hourly rates in this PAQ in order to determine estimates for complete work. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Offeror must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Offeror shall provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and what will be included in those reports. Government Furnished Property MoDOT will furnish a personal computer, cubicle/ desk and necessary support software at the MoDOT location. VPN access will be provided for after-hours support. Contractor is required to have readily available cell phone number and availability for after-hours support calls. Security Requirements Contractor staff must meet the MoDOT annual background check requirements performed by MoDOTs Human Resources Division. A security access badge for limited access to various MoDOT facilities will be provided. Some facilities require higher security levels and access will be provided by an authorized MoDOT staff member.
