Hybrid (60% remote/40% onsite) Description : The Business Analyst/Consultant 4 (BAC4) will have a deep understanding of both the technical and business views of the software development process, coupled with the ability to explain complex concepts in a straight-forward manner. The BAC4 will analyze the current state of business processes and applications in order to update documentation as required including gathering requirements for enhancements to existing processes and applications due to product or regulatory compliance changes. The position is responsible for working closely with the project team, key stakeholders, and business subject matter experts during creation of requirements documentation; user stories; and test plans (including customer acceptance) which are to encompass the required criteria for fulfillment of the business initial request. The BAC4 will maintain project documentation, question and decision log issues, user acceptance testing documents and concerns/issues, and other feedback using SharePoint and JIRA. Position Responsibilities: • Document and analyze current state business processes and the underlying systems and applications. • Elicit requirements by using interviews, workflow analysis, and requirements workshops to provide business process descriptions, business requirements, use cases, and user stories • Produce timely and high-quality work products, including specifications, process flows, and mock-ups. • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to validate user requirements. • Collaborate with project team members (developers, architects, product owners) to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. • Actively engage with the business community throughout all stages of project lifecycle, including business requirement elicitation through implementation. Qualifications/Skill Requirements: • Highly skilled at gathering well-defined business requirements and specifications • Communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively navigate between business and technical audiences • Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodology expertise • Experience using JIRA and the creation of User Stories/User Requirements • Experience with multiple testing techniques such as Load Testing, Regression Testing, Unit and Functional Testing, System Integration Testing and Performance Testing • Effective Time Management.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
