Candidate will be responsible for complex business requirements analysis, manual test case creation, partnering with automation engineers to develop automation scripts for micro services, and test execution for a leading edge internal web-based application. The application logic is based on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AIML) utilizing micro services which leverages existing payments data to provide a better understanding of our customers. The analyst will be involved in end to end testing via manual and automated execution of test cases, complicated back-end Mongo DB and/or SQL based data validation, comparisons of backend results to UI, recording test results, defect tracking, troubleshooting, and test documentation. SQA4 will provide specific guidance on defects to developers, document all phases of the QA process, and work closely with other testers (both onshore and offshore) on the team, development and business partners, and others involved throughout lifecycle of the project. The System QA Analyst 4 will be responsible for working as part of the EQE testing team to accomplish the following tasks. • Role will focus primarily on independent work, as well as, small group collaborations • Participate in developing complicated manual and automation testing strategies • Develop automation scripts using Selenium/Java for micro services and conduct feasibility studies on future automation plans • Participate in all Scrum activities, such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint demo, daily scrum calls, and retrospective • Execute test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities using Agile methodology • Conduct analysis of functional/non-functional and technical requirements to provide and implement effective, efficient, easy to maintain automation solutions • Create, prepare, and conduct reviews and execution of testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test reports, and test timeline estimates • Interact with Business and Technical Team partners, providing advice and direction • Uses independent judgement to perform complex analysis of business requirements and technical system specifications and provide input to timelines for upcoming releases • Timely turnaround of test results and validation required • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex test problems • Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects • Document all phases of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing EQE mandated test artifacts • Performs other duties as assigned • 5+ years HP ALM experience • 5+ years manual end to end testing experience • 5+ years of Information Technology Quality Assurance and systems/application testing experience • 5+ years of experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and documenting test results • 2+ years of scripting and automation framework development experience • 2+ years of experience with Selenium software testing framework • 2+ years of experience with JAVA • 2+ years of SQL experience • 2+ years of Agile/Scrum experience • 2 + years of experience with JIRA • Postman, Micro Services, BDD with cucumber approach, and Mongo DB experience are a plus! • Strong preference to candidates with online banking experience • Knowledge and understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
