General – solid architecture background, preference around (application architecture) in large systems, large complex environment likes Wells, background is Java Development would be preferred, transactional and/or customer facing systems. These are core banking or payment systems platforms or Wellsfargo.com for retail and commercial banking systems. Customer and key member transactional systems and their backend processing systems They wont be leading – they will be working as an architect hands down, but must be able to lead conversations with development teams and have conversations with other architects – but they will not have any business interaction. Interacting with other technology team members. Need someone that can jump in and ask the right questions to drill in. – end to end transaction flow.
