You will drive customer satisfaction through successful technical implementations to the expected quality, effective and courteous relationships, and pro-actively communicating with your stakeholders Tasks include, but not limited to: Creation of and Peer Review of Bills of Materials Production of High Level Designs Production of Low Level Designs As part of change management create standard test implementation and back-out plans Create and Peer Review Firewall Handover documents Create and Peer Review standard Technical Infrastructure Plans (TIP) Creation and submission of documentation for firewall configuration implementation by 3rd parties Production and peer review of Firewall Handover documents Production and peer review of standard project QMS documents Lead discussions with multiple third party vendors when planning and installing new systems or implementing changes Provide leadership to team when dealing with Customer Technical Authorities\SPAs\3rd Parties on the various aspects of cyber security, their vulnerabilities, anti-virus protection and OS patching ensuring compliance with Customer Standards Lead risk assessments and provide guidance on processes and Health Checks to be completed Lead technical discussions with customer architects, managers, suppliers and other teams Act as a team lead with customer employed and supplier project managers, using customers and suppliers Project Management processes Be self-motivated with the ability to work either independently or as a member of a team depending on project assignment Work within a process-driven ITIL compliant environment with a full understanding of customer & supplier Change & Release Management systems, customer Configuration Management Database, customer & supplier Incident & Problem Management process Leadership levels of Security technologies based on key vendor equipment (Juniper, Cisco) is required along with leadership knowledge of Security governance and compliance techniques. Knowledge of the following is required to a leadership level; Process Control Network (PCN) related infrastructure Substantial technical experience in Juniper Firewalls (SSG, SRX300 series), i.e. HA mode, routing protocols, VPNs etc Substantial technical experience of Cisco LAN/WAN Network Infrastructure supporting the associated PCN firewall designs End to end understanding of Process Control Networks (PCN) and cyber vulnerabilities and attacks 3rd party vendor infrastructure designs, remote access and 3rd party connectivity requirements Firewall fault management and diagnosis Application of Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Methodologies Oil and gas health, safety, security and environment knowledge Oil and gas work procedures   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
