Configure Cisco, Citrix, F5, and other vendor networking devices. Monitor multiple monitoring platforms and react to alerts. Complete daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual tasks. Develop and maintain relationships with the global Citi teams/businesses and external vendors. Develop and track solutions to existing issues. Ability to influence and improve Citigroups Network Operations practices and technologies. Assist in producing daily/weekly client outage and change reports. Position 2: Provide Level 2 LAN/WAN support, perform hands on problem determination, manage break fix vendor/carrier problems. Configure network devices from Cisco, Citrix, F5, and others. Complete daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual tasks. Develop and maintain relationships with the global Citi teams/businesses and external vendors. Develop and track solutions to existing issues. Ability to influence and improve Citigroups Network Operations practices and technologies. Assist in producing daily/weekly client outage and change reports. Work with leading edge Technology. Exhibit energy and enthusiasm. Strong working knowledge of Cisco routers and switches. CCNA required.
