Experience providing advanced technical support of Windows XP clients in an ethernet environment. 4. Experience providing advanced technical support of Microsoft Office Suite XP or higher (including Outlook). 5. Experience performing extensive research and testing of new technology to meet the needs of a business environment. 6.
