Database Engineer
Reston, VA
9 Month Contract

DB2 UDB Database Engineer

7-10 years of database administration/engineering with DB2 UDB EE , EEE on Linux, Aix Experience should include designing database solutions for business intiatives, installing dbms & replication server software, upgrading dbms & rep server software, troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, script writing, and supporting development team.

SQL Replication experience subscriptions, and supporting warm standby servers.

Experience with HADR.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

College Degree or equivalent experience.
