Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer will envision and implement AWS IAM solutions to meet various business and technology needs. This position requires multi-tasking across a variety of projects, with key stakeholders, and will play a central role in making sure that solutions incorporate industry best practices and are designed according to relevant patterns and architectures. This candidate will work with several IT technical team members, within agile projects, to complete various Cloud infrastructure and application specific projects. The IAM developer will also assist in the skill development, hands-on training, and development of operational procedures for support staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: AWS IAM solution implementation o Assist IT technical team members with the development and operationalization of security, and access Cloud requirements. o Develop Security Operations solutions through AWS Console and/or automated CloudFormation scripts. o Ensure solutions are easily implementable and maintainable by Security Operations technical staff. o Assist in the development of well designed, testable, and efficient code and scripts. o Ensure solutions are managed and maintained with NRECA approved code repository and deployment solutions. o Provide hands-on support and expertise with Cloud solutions and IT operations. o Ensure compliance with program and security guidelines. o Develop written operational procedures for IAM role and policy management. REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: + Must have experience with the AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) - 3+ years experience designing and integrating systems, and implementing solutions optimized for Amazon Web Services (AWS) - 5 15 years experience working as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer - Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows - Experience with enterprise multi-account design, development, and management - Professional experience with Linux and shell scripting fundamentals - Professional experience with AWS CloudFormation scripting and stackset development - Professional experience writing production-quality code using two of the following programming languages: Python, Node.js, Java, Scala, Golang, C++, C - Experience with AWS IAM role and policy management - Experience with Continuous Build and Delivery Systems - Knowledge of relational databases and non-relational/NoSQL databases - Excellent understanding of typical multi-tier architectures: web servers (Apache, nginx, IIS), caching, application servers, & load balancers /application delivery Controllers - Knowledge of Containers (Docker) and Container Orchestration Systems (ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm/Data Center) - Ability to work alone and thrive in a team-based environment. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation - Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with external business partners that enabl   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
