Job Description Administrator: Linux, SQL, AutoCad, Oracle Database

Assignment Details
Supporting and maintaining the XA21 Energy Management Systems (EMS) that monitors and controls the transmission, distribution and steam systems.

Supporting and maintaining power engineering application software, state estimator and contingency analysis applications and other Transmission Security Management (TSM) applications.

Supporting and maintaining Oracle databases

Supporting the Inter Control Center Protocol (ICCP) connections

Supporting and maintaining Linux and Windows operating systems.

Supporting and using AutoCAD to modify and create EMS displays

Supporting database changes and implementing modeling and display changes.

Reviewing and developing prospective system changes to the System

Supporting and maintaining Plant Information (PI) systems

Interacting with District Operators, Bulk Power Operators, Energy and Steam Dispatchers to ensure that systems meet their operational needs.
