Modules: Procurement, BW, AP, AR. Key Accountabilities: Provide excellent customer support against agreed SLAs and maintain effective working relationships with business teams, other IT&S areas and external service providers. Follow Problem and Incident Management processes, escalate where necessary and deliver regular updates to management. Additionally participate in major incident management, where required. Engage in Release Management process for releases relating to team portfolio. Including OAT, UAT and Early Life Support for all scheduled releases. As required provide Early Life Support for major releases Identify underlying root causes for reoccurring problems to improve the overall service of the team and reduce call volumes. Maintain relevant documentation within the application portfolio. Identify potential technology improvements where possible and how it can be used to support the business. Essential Criteria: Demonstrate extensive support experience within the following SAP Modules: Logistics, Business Warehouse Demonstrable experience of working within a range of technologies and key business functions in the Finance/Trading sector. Demonstrable experience of being able to take client requirements and translate them into an appropriate technical solution Demonstrable experience of supporting critical applications. Demonstrable experience of working to deadlines & SLAs. Demonstrable experience of excellent multi-tasking, problem solving & analytical skills. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Motivated, proactive & independent; also works effectively within teams. Desirable Criteria: Demonstrate extensive support experience within the following SAP Modules: Finance, Systems and Administration A reasonable understanding of ABAP with the ability to be able to debug. Experience of supporting applications Deal capture, Operations, Exposure, Settlement and Accounting. Demonstrable experience of systems that facilitate Problem, Change and Release Management. Experience of application development. ITIL Foundation Qualified. Demonstrable experience of working with a range of technologies including Oracle or Sybase databases/SQL, UNIX, XML. Qualification Rating Administration and Management Customer Service Experience 4 (Very Strong) of 5 (Expert) Additional Requirements Provide on call support as directed. Will be required to support critical business periods (month / quarter end) and the release schedule which will include out of hours work. The team provides business cover between 07:00 and 18:00.
