Description:

Experience of supporting/managing SSAS based Applications
Proven track record of working with Dev teams to gather requirements and provide DB related input
skills
strong DevOps/Infrastructure
currently be in a DevOps/ Dev DBA role.
Managed large Sql server environments as Admin and/or Dev DBA
Good knowledge of:
SqlServer, SSAS
Sql scripting
Investigating
Troubleshooting SSAS performance related issues
Understanding of MDX language (basic concepts at the very minimum)
scripting (Powershell, Perl, or similar)
deploy automation and Continues Integration (TeamCity, or similar).
monitoring (Splunk, Nagios, or similar).
Understanding of Windows clustering and Storage technologies.
This project uses a broad spectrum of technologies, hands on experience with any of the following is a plus.
TeamCity, Subversion, Perforce, Nant, Tibco
people-skills:
excellent communication skills as your colleagues will be in remote regions (NYC and LON).
self-starter, ability to work independently
triage, prioritization and ability to reprioritize quickly.
quick learner understanding technical issues.
Ability to document new issues and effectively communicate to the team or developers
