SUMMARY

The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of an internal, cross-functional, team dedicated to ensuring that our client is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of its Salesforce environment based on the various needs of; Retail, Commercial and Treasury Management. The individual in this role will need to have technical and communication skills. They will need to be able to interface directly with internal stakeholders, understand their needs, administer the production environment and support testing and production release of enhancements to the systems accordingly.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce.com/Force.com.
Expected to maintain a strong working relationship with Salesforce, third party Salesforce systems vendors, and IT resources, to ensure proper support is received.
Knowledge of declarative business logic; Workflow, Process Builder, Validation and Assignment Rules.
Create and manage changes in compliance with the companys change management procedures.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures.
Maintains currency in new developments and technology.
Provides training to end-users and departmental staff.
Works with upper management to set goals and priorities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers. Prioritizes and addresses customer needs and demands in a professional manner, providing follow-up and developing cooperative relationships.
Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance. Assists in design and implementation of quality improvement initiatives on departmental and organizational levels.
Assists team members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service. Orient new co-workers and actively support team development.



SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Competent to supervise others and work on complex projects independently.
Expected to mentor less experienced team members.


QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:



Bachelors degree in Informatics, MIS, Computer Science or technical training equivalent.
7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge is reviewed and kept up to date through training and study.
Competent to work on complex projects independently.
Regularly operates under deadlines and may be subjected to extreme workloads.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Weekend and after hours work may be necessary on occasion.
Must be available for on-call rotation.
Some travel may be required.
