Job Description Developer: Java Frameworks, MQ, JMS, XML DB2 SQL Server Oracle SOAP

Description:

The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.

Required Skills:

* Java Enterprise Edition (experience with Eclipse and/or Rational Application Developer)
* Object Oriented Programming Experience.
* Database Programming/SQL Experience with major DBMS (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle)
* Web Services Experience (SOAP, RESTful)
* Superior analysis and troubleshooting skills.
* Superior oral and written communication skills.


Desired Skills:

* Java Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
* Messaging Experience (MQ/JMS).
* XML Experience (XML, XSD, XSLT).
* IBM Rational Tool Suite (i.e. Clear Quest/Clear Case, Manual Tester/Functional Tester) Training/Experience
* Java Certification
* IBM Websphere Experience
* Previous PennDOT Application Development Experience and knowledge of client Systems & Standards
