JOB PURPOSE: Primary responsibility will be actively managing the data reporting and analysis related to Compliance training for our clients. These responsibilities include data management/cleansing, database management, reporting of results to all levels of the organization, and process management. Improve efficiencies via reevaluating and streamlining of existing processes as well as increased technical automation utilizing existing or new tools. Utilize analysis of existing processes and systems to recommend and implement revised reporting system/processes. Secondary responsibilities will include providing reporting and analytical support for the entire sales organization, as well as other functions as needed. Generate regularly scheduled as well as ad hoc data driven reports to all levels of management. Perform complex analysis, while incorporating a holistic view of the business, to make recommendations to the sales organization on a wide variety of subjects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Serve as the SME on all data/analysis as it relates to Compliance training ? Manage incoming data streams from a variety of sources as well as the databases to house said data to fit within guidelines as established by Sales Operations ? Utilize self-managed as well as system-generated data to create, maintain, and supply a series of recurring daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports ? Analyze data, identify trends that require action, and work with the Compliance Project Coordinator to implement recommended solutions ? Perform initial analysis of processes/tools, implement recommendations, and manage processes/tools via opportunities for continuous improvement ? Perform complex data analysis and reporting that supports the various sales executives, as well as other disciplines, with information needed to make data driven decisions throughout the sales cycle. ? Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, which may be well defined or posed more generally as a question, by gathering, manipulating, and analyzing data ? Under minimal supervision or direction, improves existing procedures and creates new Sales Operations policies and/or procedures ? Interact with different lines-of-business groups to provide or share analytical support ? Maintains written departmental standards and procedures EDUCATION REQUIRED: ? Bachelors Degree ? BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related a plus EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: ? Minimum of two years experience in data reporting and analysis ? Must be able to analyze data/situations and present recommendations ? Must be process and efficiency focused SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: ? Expert user of both MS Excel and MS Access. Must be able to produce reports and documentation using advanced MS Excel and Access functionality (i.e. pivot tables, table merges, interactive forms etc.) ? A strong understanding of database usage, management, and best practices ? Excellent writing, editing, communications, organizational, and decision making skills ? Ability to learn and utilize various software applications that relate to the position ?
