Description: Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications. Responsible for primary development of testing strategies. Consults with users, providing advice and direction. Performs more complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications. May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project. Creates test plans and scripts for own projects. May lead and review test plans written by others. Performs moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation. Provides specific guidance on defects to developers. Gives direction to less experienced analysts. Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects. Documents all phases of the Systems QA process.: 5+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application testing experience. Additional Job Details: Position will support 2 Web based applications that capture and submit electronic check deposits from the user location directly to the bank. The Check deposit capture applications utilize Check Scanners and Smartphone devices as part of this process. Primary responsibilities: • Develop test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities. • Provides specific technical guidance on defects to developers. • Ability to lead medium to small group of testing resources to execute testing. Gives direction to less experienced analysts. • Manual test execution * Agile testing process particpant 3+ years managing or leading small sized testing teams – manual and/or automated testing. 3+ years IT quality assurance and systems/application manual testing experience. 3+ years advanced experience with the Application Lifecycle management (ALM) software tool – test script management – development, assignments, script execution. Experience with the Agile testing methodology. Familiarity with the process involved and testing experience with the creation and test execution of Agile projects. ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS 1. Experience working with remote check depository applications that include using Check scanners and the utilization of Smartphone devices to capture and submit remote/electronic deposits. 2. Experience testing Web based mainframe application software. Including understanding of Computer operating systems and browsers – Windows and/or MAC. 3. Experience with Smartphone devices - Apple and Android operating systems using HTML application framework. 4. Automation testing experience - mainframe, application tools, Perfecto Mobile, Vulcan 5. Knowledge of Accessibility Testing methods and standards, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), or section 508 compliance guidelines, including Accessibility evaluations tools like Web Accessibility Toolbar (WAT), Web Accessibility Evaluation toolbar (WAVE) 6. Good people skills and working with others. 7. Good communication skills - ask questions, discuss and explain issues or defects.
